How These Therapies Support Recovery

Red Light Therapy

Red light therapy (photobiomodulation) uses specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light to stimulate cellular energy production by supporting mitochondrial function. Research suggests it may help reduce temporary muscle soreness, support recovery after exercise, improve circulation, and promote healthy tissue repair. Benefits are generally seen with consistent use as part of a comprehensive recovery program.

Normatec Hyperice Compression Therapy

Normatec dynamic air compression uses sequential pulsing technology to help promote circulation and support the body’s natural recovery process. Studies suggest intermittent pneumatic compression may reduce post-exercise muscle soreness, decrease feelings of fatigue, and improve recovery between training sessions by assisting with fluid movement and reducing temporary swelling in healthy individuals.

Advanced Hydration with Rorra

Rorra’s advanced filtration system is independently tested to NSF/ANSI Standards 42, 53, and 401 to reduce PFAS (“forever chemicals”), lead, microplastics, chlorine, and over 50 other contaminants while preserving naturally occurring beneficial minerals like magnesium and calcium.
