Using FSA and HSA for Massage Therapy
FSA:
Your primary physician can prescribe massage therapy for conditions like stress, arthritis, back pain, depression, carpal tunnel, and sports injuries. Simply visit your doctor, discuss your condition, and ask for a prescription specifying the frequency and duration of massage therapy. Remember, FSA funds often expire on December 31, so be sure to use them before then.
HSA:
HSA funds can also cover massage therapy with a doctor's prescription, but unlike FSA, these funds roll over annually. Consider using your HSA/FSA to purchase a package or 3-month membership if you require ongoing treatment.
*LightStim red light therapy, is also FSA/HSA eligible for treatment and product purchase.
Not all plans require a doctor's prescription in order to use your FSA/HSA for massage therapy. Be sure to confirm your eligibility before using your FSA/HSA.

The Optimize program is a 3-month membership designed to keep you performing at your best. It includes one 60-minute sports massage per month for 3 months, with the option to upgrade any monthly session to 75, 90, or 120 minutes. Unused monthly sessions roll over and remain valid until redeemed. Initial enrollment is limited to 3 months with the option to renew or cancel anytime. Members also receive exclusive pricing on services, add-ons, and products. For individual use only, memberships cannot be shared.
Membership Details:
